As of November 31, we have a total of 315 active mem- berships including 52 1st Year Free memberships issued this year. A significant number of memberships renew on November 1 of each year which is included in the 81 memberships reported below as Pending Renewal. The memberships of additional 59 members are beyond the grace period and have become overdue.

In addition, we have pre-paid fees for a rally to be held in 2019 in the amount of $750.
