I have a 99 highlander chassis , should I do anything to the air system for storage over the winter?

Not really, just drain the moisture as usual and if the motorhome is new to you and you don't know the service history you may have an air dry that needs to be change at a scheduled interval.  I do mine every 3 years and oil change, grease, and fuel filters before parking.  That includes the gen set and checking antifreeze strength. Some motorhome so also have a coolant filter and power steering fluid filter and air filters as needed. Some people also inflate the tires to max and some park on boards if the they are on asphalt.
