Country Lake Roads Motorhome and RV Park
The RV park bills itself as “the crown jewel of motorhome parks in Wisconsin.” One reason for this designation is
it’s unique shape; three concentric circles provide big rig- friendly access to any of the 90 sites that are pull-through with adequate shade. At the center of the park is the meet-
ing pavilion. The interior roadways are gravel and all sites are grassy and spacious. The local Walmart is across the highway. For those with a gambling yearn, a casino shuttle is available 24/7. While each site features 50-amp electric, water and sewer service, please be advised that the park’s WiFi is nothing to brag about according to reviews. If you do require high-speed access, campers are urged to access the WiFi from the office.
Schedule Overview
Early arrivals may attend a special worship service for DRVC members Sunday morning. Registration and park- ing will officially begin at 2 PM on Sunday. Monday and Tuesday will be devoted to seminars, craft sessions, and area tours (a Duck tour and ride aboard a 15-inch gauge railroad). Wednesday will be a free day for individual touring and taking of photos for the contest. Also on Wednesday members may schedule a time to get their coach weighed on all four corners by Dick Lornston, owner of Precision Frame and Alignment. Thursday will include opportunities for general interest classes, a membership meeting and an evening of entertainment. The 50/50 drawing will benefit the Wounded Warrior Project, which has been designated as the official charity of Diesel RV Club. Friday, after a continental breakfast, the rally will come to a close.
Registration will soon be available via the Club’s website. Websites of interest are provided below.
