Minutes of the Membership Meeting
Officers present: Ken Carpenter, President; Tim Gerrity, Treasurer & VP Membership; Brett Wolfe, VP Technical; George Young, Secretary; Susan Gerrity, Nominating Com- mittee; Ross Boyer, Acting Parliamentarian
President Carpenter called the meeting to order at 5:17PM. George Young gave the invocation and Bill Schip- per led the Pledge of Allegiance.
National officers present and recognized were: Jim Duncan; Gaye Young; and Dave Kessler. Former National Officer Sonny Gillespie was also recognized.
Minutes for the 2015 membership meeting in Madison, Wisconsin were posted on the club website, in the news- letter, and at the entrance to this meeting. Minutes were approved as published.
Treasurer’s reports for 2014 and 2015 was given by Tim Gerrity. Copies were made available in the room. The Audit Committee met and issued its report stating they had reviewed the books and records of the Chapter including the conversion to the new financial system and found the recording of income and expenses to be consistent with accepted and proper accounting methods. The Financial Statements were submitted for filing. The Balance Sheet shows a current bank balance of $61,268.88.
Rally report showed 19 coaches and 38 participants attended the Lake & Lighthouse Rally in Pulaski, NY. 50/50 and silent auction raised $482 for the Pulaski Friendship Thriftshop charity.
